James rocks. He truly reads and listens to my ramblings. Into his response he incorporates thought out suggestions, resources and positive feedback. James and BetterHelp is a good thing.
I am very grateful that I found out about BetterHelp and my counselor as well. My counselor is very understanding and responds to everything I have to say. Would strongly recommend to everyone who needs counseling.
I love the ability to send a message when I’m thinking about it instead of having to wait for an appointment and forgetting about what I wanted to talk about. Then getting a response is wonderful.
Really understanding, friendly and compassionate.
James is punctual, insightful, and thoughtful. He is sincere and addresses my concerns. He provides helpful resources and reading material related to my concerns. I would recommend him to anyone looking for professional help with managing anxiety and depression.
I am grateful to have James as my therapist. He is competent, understanding, supportive, and everything I think a good therapist needs to be. I feel safe, heard, and uplifted when I open up to him.
