James has guided me out of a rough patch in my life. I came to him a mess and feeling very low; he listened to me and helped me uncover the negative thoughts that were keeping me stuck. He offered me practical tools and worksheets that allow me to come out those moments when I feel down and anxious. I am now in a better headspace, I feel lighter, and much much happier. Thank you, James!

James did an excellent job of listening to what was bothering me, pinpointing the problem, and giving me workable exercises to change my way of looking at things. Going in I felt self-conscious that my problems were not that important, but he never made me feel silly, or blew anything out of proportion. I would absolutely work with him again.
