About Me

Hope Anchors the Soul. I practice this perspective and try to incorporate it in my therapy. I value the client-therapist relationship more than anything, and empower clients to see their own strengths, the positive elements of their life, and to develop hope for the future they envision. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental environment for self-exploration and expression. Together we will identify your goals, and develop a plan to help you attain them. My ultimate goal is to guide you to becoming the best version of your true self... a self that you learn to value and love!

I cherish the uniqueness and individuality of all. Therefore, I do not implement just one therapeutic modality. I tend to pull from concepts of positive psychology, person-centered perspective, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and the humanistic approach. I meet my clients where they are, and together we go from there!

I specialize in adults and teenagers who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, self-harming behaviors, trauma, self-esteem issues, challenging life transitions, codependency, troublesome boundaries, communication barriers, and more.
