Jamie is the third therapist I tried via betterhelp. I was just about to give up on therapy, but decided to give it one more shot and I am so glad that I found her. Jamie understood me from the get-go. She made me feel so comfortable and even made me laugh! I never knew therapy could actually be fun! I feel so much better after our sessions and feel mentally stronger to tackle my daily challenges. I feel calmer knowing that I can reach her at any time and she will provide me with constructive strategies that I can actually use to assist with my daily challenges. In such a short time I have noticed a massive difference. Even though I feel better already, I have decided to continue working with Jamie to make sure I resolve a lot of issues from the past to make sure I am living my best life. I would highly recommend Jamie to anyone looking for a supportive and understanding therapist.

I have talked with and seen a few different counselors throughout the years and she is by far the best. She connects well and really shows concern. Her passion shows through her work. Absolutely awesome.
