Jaime is an amazing therapist with a lot of valuable experience. He has been extremely helpful and whenever we interact I feel he actually cares about my experience, he is so knowledgeable and has many useful tools to help someone learn how to set boundaries in a healthy way and to communicate assertively while also being respectful of the experience/feelings of those around you.

This was my first experience in therapy. I’m incredibly grateful I made the choice with Jamie.
These last couple of months he’s helped me work through a few things including codependency. To see what I had been doing, methods to help spot it, ways to help it from reoccurring & rebuilding to get my self confidence back. I have so much more clarity & peace from our therapy sessions. I could not recommend Jamie more. Cheers

Competent, experienced and supportive, that is how I see Jamie. I tried 3 other therapists elsewhere. Jamie was the best fit for me, and I would confidently recommend his support for people in similar situations.

He pulled me out of a really dark place and helped me navigate through the worst of my traumas. Not only have I grown more confident, but I’ve become an entirely new person who wants to experience life differently.
I’ve been through 6 different therapists before, and none of them have helped me like Jamie has. Would definitely recommend!

Jamie is an incredible councillor. He is kind, supportive and patient. He always has something helpful to share and is so easy to talk to.

I've tried to work with several other councillors on Betterhelp and none have been as good as him.

If you have a choice in councillors, Jamie would get my vote!
