My name is Jamie and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am a cognitive behavioral therapist specializing anxiety, depression, codependency and addiction therapy. Jamie has a great energy and is happy to share stories about his own life which help me understand the techniques he is teaching me. He listens and responds very quickly. I feel very comfortable talking to him. He is helping me overcome my anxiety and also lessen my pmdd symptoms.
