About me

It can be difficult when you want to improve your life but don't know where to begin. You may be feeling anxious, sad, stressed, and overwhelmed. You often overthink, have difficulty being present in the moment, tend to be a people pleaser, or struggle with perfectionism. As trust is built in the therapeutic relationship through collaboration and connection we can begin the healing process. I look forward to helping you discover new ways of responding to the challenges of life.

My approach is person centered and strength based, meaning I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I want to hear your story and I want you to feel comfortable and safe sharing at your pace. Together we will explore emotions, thoughts, relationships patterns, and behaviors. Through mindfulness, skill building and utilizing various evidence based treatment modalities that best fit your needs; we will discover ways to address symptoms, and learn more about how you relate to yourself and others. Insight and resiliency will be gained in this process so that long lasting change is accomplished.

Therapy is a powerful tool to assist people on their journey to healing. I strive to create a welcoming, warm, non-judgmental and safe space for client's to feel comfortable sharing their struggles, identifying barriers, and setting goals. It is an honor and privilege to assist clients in self discovery and to witness the growth that is accomplished through this work is truly rewarding.
