About Me

We all get off track sometimes and feel overwhelmed by life’s challenges. Even the stresses of everyday life can take a toll on a person who isn’t living their best, healthiest life. Working on both the mind and the body, I aim to help you find the best of yourself both physically and emotionally. My unique blend of education and experience allows me to deliver holistic support, working on the whole self, or independently focus on one area of health. If you are going through a life transition that is creating stress or if you have recently had a baby and are not feeling like yourself, I can help. I have worked as a Mental Health Therapist for over 15 years in California, Washington and Illinois. I love supporting and nurturing new mothers find their happiness and sense of self after childbirth and parents who are seeking effective strategies and new approaches to parenting, as well as depressed and anxious individuals who want to find hope and achieve balance and calm.

I was very nervous to start counseling. But Jamie has made my experience a good one. She does a great job of asking questions to get me to identify and understand things about myself, which really aids in my own development. At the same time, it’s like talking to a friend. I appreciate her very much!
