Jamie is amazing! I feel like she really helped build me up. She taught me how to deal and manage my emotions and thoughts! I didn’t think it was possible to feel happier. It’s been only a few months and I’m feeling better. She’s always encouraging and very caring and kind. I love her prompts and anecdotes. They are helpful in helping me organize and understand my thoughts. They help with dispelling all the exaggerated ideas that keep me anxious. They help me feel like I’m not a broken person. She’s an awesome person and therapist.

Jamie is a wonderful counselor. She is great to work with and has a heart of patience, compassion, and intuition. She respects our time together and I enjoy working with her. I've been feeling so much anxiety around school as I transitioned into another work force and the past two months in getting to meet with her has helped me cognitively, emotionally, and mentally on how to win! I feel really grateful to have had her in my journey. I believe that prayers have been a blessing at the end of each of our sessions and really enjoy getting to her as a person.

She is a very competent and very attentive to the patient's concerns. She has this very amiable and positive personality that immediately has an affect on the person talking to her.

Her feedback is detailed and addresses the questions or concerns of the patient in depth.

She is very timely in her response.

Jamie has done a great job helping thus far. She is a great listener and knows when to suggest ideas/techniques to help me out. The "homework" she has given really makes me think about how I respond in certain situations and how I can improve it.

Jamie is a great listener. I feel so heard and understood by her. I appreciate that she is helping me to make better choices in my life but that she is compassionate and understanding when I am struggling or when I make a mistake. Jamie is also a strong Christian mentor and is willing to discuss as much or as little about Christianity as I am comfortable with. She responds to messages in a timely manner and is willing to provide as much support as I need without making me feel bad or guilty for needing help. I would highly recommend Jamie as a therapist!
