About me

Good Day! I am Jamie Vaughn . My experience in counseling began in 2009. I have worked with people of all ages on a wide range of mental health matters. Some of these matters include anxiety, depression, and substance use. I have worked in office based settings, facility-based crisis settings, and community settings.

I was awarded my Master of Social Work degree from the University of South Carolina in 2009. After gaining 3,000 hours of paid clinical work, over 100 hours of supervision, and passing the state exam, I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am currently receiving supervision and gaining paid clinical work hours as a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate.

Maybe you have some things you are reluctant to talk to friends, family, or spouses about that make you feel sad or embarrassed? A confidential talk with a therapist might be a great opportunity to tackle these concerns.
