I am licensed clinician in California and Florida with over 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, PTSD, abuse, motivation, empowerment, self esteem, and confidence.
I believe in treating everyone with respect and dignity. Showing compassion and being sensitive to each other is also important. My therapeutic approach is of an eclectic style which means i use different treatment modalities while we work together.

Feels like talking to a supportive friend. Sessions flow by smoothly and I always voice what’s happening in my life and she always provides great advice. We cover everything from past trauma to current events and piece everything together. Janelle is by far the best therapist I’ve had.

My Therapist Janelle Alexander is amazing. I like that she listens intently and actually comes up with solutions, comes up with exercises to do related to the situation, & actually follows the conversation.
I don’t feel rushed, unsupported, pressured to do anything, or unheard. I like that she is certified in other areas of therapy as well, because it’s almost easy to work on more than one issue at a time because one issue can’t be solved sometimes without unpacking another crisis.
She’s Just all around a good therapist, and cares about her patients.
