Janet is absolutely amazing. She takes the time to listen and to actually hear you. I find her to be both intuitive and concrete in her recommendations and responses.

Janet was extremely helpful in easing my anxiety and the stress I experienced while parenting a teen. She is a great listener and had many practical suggestions and helpful strategies for me to try. Each time we met, Janet was prepared to follow up on what we had previously discussed. Our sessions helped me gain a new perspective. I highly recommend Janet as an effective therapist.
