I feel very blessed to have Janet as my therapist. We have come a long way in a short period of time. She is always prompt and accommodating. She is never pushy and I feel comfortable sharing with her. We can laugh together and it's refreshing to be able to enjoy those moments even when the topics are difficult. I alway feel better after our sessions. I am looking forward to continued progress with Janet!

Janet is great at being light in a dark moment for me. She is teaching coping skills, as well as wats to be more effective in my communications which is what is needed for me to be a better version of me. I thank her for including prayers in her tactics and knowing when it's necessary. Although I nlknow that protocol is protocol, 45mins just isn't enough at times. I couldn't have picked a better therapist to work with. Thanks Janet.

Janet is a spectacular counselor. She listens intently to your concerns and is able to draw out amazing points of view or fish out the true deep emotions you are unaware of. within yourself that can be hindering you. She has helped me to understand my emotions and situation on a higher level. She is encouraging and helps you to feel secure and confident. She is great at asking questions to help guide you to your own personal goals. In just a couple of sessions, she has helped me to see myself from the outside and ground myself.
