About me
Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Illinois with more than 10 years of experience in a variety of mental health settings. I’ve worked with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, transition and trauma. I earned my master’s degree in social work from the University of Kansas and have practiced in Chicago since 2010.
Everyone needs support sometimes, especially in the times we’re living through. My approach is person-centered and strengths based and I strive to be a warm and empathetic presence. In our work together we’ll identify goals and develop strategies for reaching them, and we’ll look intentionally at how thoughts lead to actions. I’m specifically trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but use a variety of modalities depending on specific situations and needs.
