Jason is a very easy person to talk to which I am extremely grateful for considering I have trouble opening up to new people that are trying to help me.

Jason understands my desire to really get actionable strategies out of therapy. My problems are urgent to me and I don't want to spend a lot of time just talking and Jason helps me set realistic goals for the week and helps me talk through the issues I do encounter. I really feel like I get a lot out of each session.
