About me

I am a licensed clinical social worker that has 10 years of experience working with and providing clinical services to patients in a hospital setting. I have a specialty with working with pregnant women, women during the postpartum period and perinatal bereavement, however I am able to help all people with issues around depression, anxiety and general life challenges.

My primary approaches are cognitive behavioral therapy and client-centered therapy; I am also open to researching other modalities of therapy I if find it useful. My desire is to help you achieve your goals so you can have a rich and meaningful life.

I enjoy being able to help people find equilibrium in life and cope with all of the challenges of life; we can work together to achieve just that.
