Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Jean Osborne. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
So far in the time that I’ve worked with her, she is very attentive and tries her best to help you better yourself, often gives tips and examples of how to reach your goals as well. Highly recommend.
I am 54 years and have suffered from depression and all of the things that go along with depression, for most of my adult life. I was nervous to try online therapy but so so so grateful that I did! Jean such a kind, patient and gentle disposition. And one of my favorite things about my sessions with her is that in a very non-judgmental way, she explains how our brains work, in a basic way, by offering these visuals that help me to understand and remember, what is going on in my mind when for example, I am hiding under my covers all day or can’t seem to find a single happy thought. I have grown so much in the short time that I have been with her & I truly hope she will be a part of my journey towards healing, for a very very long time. ❤️
Listens well and gives good advice
