About me
Are you struggling with a seemingly insurmountable problem in some area of you life? Do you need support overcoming a significant relationship challenge, navigating a life transition, or dealing with loss? I am here to support you. All life's challenges are workable.
I specialize in working holistically from a body-oriented perspective (i.e. - mindfulness, movement) with acute or chronic emotional, behavioral, and/or relational challenges. Reduce stress, increase capacity, and restore the sense of balance, well-being, integration and fulfillment that is your birthright today.
I possess a graduate degree in Somatic Counseling Psychology: Body Psychotherapy, with ongoing specialization and training in complex trauma, attachment, and development (especially as impacts intimate and significant relationships). My work is informed specifically by modalities of body-oriented mindfulness-based psychotherapy (i.e. - Hakomi), dance movement therapy, and somatic yoga therapy.
I am also an educator and trainer throughout the Bay Area, providing workshops on various topics with an emphasis on body-mind health and integration, including but not limited to Trauma-Informed care, Positive Parenting, Substance Abuse, LGBTQI issues, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Body Psychotherapy, and Dance Movement Therapy.
Reach out today for the support you deserve. Don’t hesitate to contact me with questions.
