About me

I am a licensed social worker and previously worked in the emergency room. I have extensive experience helping people in many different situations. I have helped people during times of acute trauma and grief and have also helped them as they deal with long-term issues. I have helped them as they deal with issues primarily related to their own issues and also issues relating to concerns with famiky and friends. These concerns have related to the stresses of careers, children, and physical illness of themselves and relatives. These experiences have shown me that therapy can be an incredible way to move to a better place. It can help them regain positive feelings that had been lost for some time.

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Jeffrey King. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Jeffrey is a very helpful therapist who listens well. He doesn’t give his opinions or advice on matters, but instead has patients talk through their own problems, listening intently. It’s not really possible to get someone’s undivided attention outside of therapy, so this active listening method seems effective in helping people solve their problems. Despite being quiet during most of the session time, it’s clear that Jeffrey is a warm and caring person. He also asks really good follow up questions to get the person thinking, and is good at keeping the conversation on the important topics.
