I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Missouri with over 15 years of experience working with adolescents, adults and families who may need support and encouragement while figuring out some of life's complexities. I received my Master's in Social Work from the Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis and my Bachelor's Degree in Politics from Occidental College in Los Angeles, CA.
I enjoy working with all different types of people and am proud of the progress that many of my clients have shown while facing challenging times in their lives. I am currently a crisis counselor in a large suburban public school district outside of St. Louis, MO.
I have experience providing traditional office-based therapy, as well as internet-based distance therapy and counseling. I use a client-centered, strength-based and culturally competent approach and believe that the best work is done when when there is a combination of mutual respect, hard work and dedication.
