I have only had two sessions but it has really helped. I'm looking forward to continuing and long term growth.
Jenifer is a great counselor and I would highly recommend her for problem solving and helping with past or current traumas or abuse.
Jenifer is extremely good at actively listening to my concerns and making me feel understood. She’s also great at encouraging me even when I feel very discouraged about certain things and she’s provided multiple exercises and coping skills I can use when I’m not visiting with her.
Jennifer has been a game changer for me. She is open to whatever platform of communication you like, and makes sure what she is saying or needs from you is clear. Everything she expressed has been done with kindness and also very thoughtfully, in a way that feels both safe and challenging. She is excellent and I would recommend her highly.
I was hesitant to try teletherapy but it has truly been the best thing for me. Jenifer is knowledgable, caring, empathetic, affirming, skilled and professional. As someone in the mental health field myself, I am extremely picky with my provider. I am 10/10 satisfied with Jenifer and BetterHelp.
