Have genuinely enjoyed my time working with Jenique and I only expect it to get better and better. She is a wonderful listener, really lets you speak and just have the confidence she's taking in every word and when she does it simply translates into someone who truly cares, is incredibly supportive and always has terrific and constructive feedback. Jen truly has a beautiful mind and has been incredibly helpful to me and I look forward to continual work with her going forward.

So thankful for Jenqiue and the expertise she brings to each session. I feel heard and understood, with just the right amount of advice I seek and tips to manage difficult situations. I look forward to each session with the certainty that I'm in the right hands.

I was close to giving up on counselling, and then I met Jenique. She is professional but empathetic, listens closely and asks the important questions, and she validates my feelings – but also tells me what I need to hear (not just what I want to hear!). My perspective on counselling and seeking help has completely changed and I would recommend it to anyone, and I would certainly recommend Jenique.
