My counseling style is warm and interactive. My approach is primary from a cognitive-behavioral therapy basis; however, I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

I’ve been working with Jenna for a few weeks now and I am so happy with her. She is attentive, thoughtful and checks in regularly. I have an extremely busy and tight schedule so her consistent check ins are much appreciated. I would highly recommend Jenna!

Jenna's been really great, she's very quick to answer my messages, but also regularly checks in on me to see how I'm doing. The materials she provides are very informative and really hit home with a lot of things that I struggle with, as does her personal expertise during our sessions. Thanks, Jenna!

Jenna is kind and thoughtful. She has provided many actionable tools that have helped me to communicate better and to understand myself more deeply. I really appreciate how she listens actively and makes helpful suggestions.

Jenna has been incredibly helpful over the last few weeks, and I am planning on keeping this up. It has been very difficult for me to find an affordable therapist that meets my needs, and Jenna has been wonderful. She is helping me reinforce helpful boundaries in my life and manage my depression. Thank you Jenna!

Jenna is very attentive and has a way of helping me maintain balance, even during a turbulent time in my life (divorce). It's nice to have the support and to know that someone is in my corner!
