I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients of all ages cope with stress and anxiety, depression, interpersonal challenges, chronic pain and illness, adjustment to significant life changes, and grief and loss. When working with clients, I take a strengths-based, person centered approach focused on resiliency and work to create a safe and open environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgement. I utilize many different modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
