About me

Hi, I am a licensed professional counselor with over 14 years experience working with young adults, parents, and families. In my private practice, I work with people with a wide range of concerns, including relationship and marital issues, anxiety, depression, OCD, as well as trauma, ADHD, and more general problem solving.

I believe connecting with people is one of my greatest strengths as well as having the core belief that each individual is equipped with the ability to adapt and change. I combine cognitive-behavioral therapy, humanistic, psychodynamic, and family dynamics in my approach to counseling. Additionally, a client-centered approach and listening is key. I also believe that when you really like what you do, this shows through.

I look forward to meeting with you and working together.

I love talking to Jenna. I have to admit I was nervous that we were from different cultures but she’s so understanding and knowledgeable and just amazing to talk to. I’m honestly so happy I was matched with her she’s the best. She’s patient and listens and gives really great advice

From our first session, I felt I had a good rapport with Jenna. She listened, but also provided feedback that was insightful, helpful, and apropos. I appreciate her sense of humor- not always found in therapy. I find myself looking very forward to our next session!
