About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the States of Florida (SW 12079) and Michigan (#6801085861). I graduated with my Master's Degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan in 2004. I have been working with children, teens, adults and families since 2000. I have experience working with individuals of all ages and specialize in working with teens, adults, couples, and parents as they are struggling through life transitions.

My career has focused on assisting a variety of clients using a psycho-dynamic, cognitive behavioral and mindfulness approach to therapy. I have experience helping individuals with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, behavioral challenges, life transitions, etc. I own a private practice located in sunny Naples, FL. I previously worked as a contractual therapist in an office setting as well as an in-home therapist for families affected by substance abuse, domestic violence, abuse and neglect and those afflicted with other difficult life circumstances.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I provide a safe and nurturing counseling environment which allows individuals to open up and process challenges they are facing. I believe that each individual has their own unique story. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I believe that therapists should meet each client where they are on their journey and help them get to where they want to be.

It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support you. I look forward to working with you!

Jenna makes talking an expressing so easy, she's very dynamic and makes you go think, very assertive and looks ways so you can feel comfortable, she's like that family member you always wish you had, she guides you and makes you analyze and focus on the things that matter. I have been with her for 3 months and the change I have made in this amount of time got me by surprise, sometimes guidance and hearing is all you need to find focus and break chains, start making changes and believe and love yourself.

Jenna doesn't seem like a therapist to me at all which makes things a little easier. She's a real life human being and it seems as though I'm talking to a long-time friend.
