I completed my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Western Kentucky University and Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. With three years of experience working in the field, I use a compassionate trauma informed focus in sessions. I have worked with both men and women with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, building self esteem, and life changes.
