I am licensed in Texas with 12 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, trauma, abuse, depression, concentration, & memory. I also have experience working with focus. The main therapy modalities I use are cognitive behavioral, art, trauma, Imago, Adlerian, narrative, and psychodrama therapy. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
