About me

I am committed to helping my clients increase self-awareness, strengthen relationships, reduce anxiety, depression, and trauma symptoms, and live a more value-directed life. I want to help you feel emotionally lighter, happier, and more confident. I want to help you reach your goals and become your best self.

I believe that healing begins with feeling safe, accepted, and respected. I tailor sessions to fit my clients' needs and personalities.

I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the State of Utah. I received my bachelor’s degree in Sociology and certificate in Criminology from the University of Utah and my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University.  I have worked in multiple residential treatment centers, as an in-home therapist, and in private practice.
