Jennifer has always been very attentive to my needs and insecurities, even before I could clearly isolate what those were. I was able to pinpoint my dilemma through thought exercises that she would recommend for me at the end of our sessions. With her help I’ve been able to reframe my circumstances and undue feedback loops that I’d been stuck in for a very long time. I was also able to confirm some things I had only theorized in the past about myself. All this has been an empowering journey for me, and thus I highly recommend her.

After just initial session I definitely feel a connection with Jennifer. She is very insightful, listens well, and is able to cut through the bullshit. I can’t wait to work with her again!

Thanks to the work Jennifer and I have done together over the last year, I am the most mentally healthy I have been in my life. I feel so much more in control of my reactions, and much less overwhelmed than I used to. She communicates in a way that helps me to feel understood and validated, while challenging me, and helping me to make better choices. Therapy with Jennifer has been difficult and empowering, and I do recommend BetterHelp to people all the time after my experience with her.

I accidentally hit disagree on one of my questions - my therapist is wonderful and I feel very supported by her and value her expertise.

At the time of this review, I'm hitting my first anniversary of working with Jenn. She has been unwavering with her expertise, presence, warmth & thoughtfulness, and I feel incredibly blessed to have been supported by her over the past 12 months. I really look forward to my sessions each week, and my wish is that everyone would have access to the incredible level of support that I've experienced with her.
I've had several months-long rounds with other therapists, and Jenn has been the best match for me by far. No therapist can offer a magic bullet, and this kind of active work with oneself takes time - but I've never experienced this kind of clarity, insight, growth, healing, and self-empowerment as I have while working with Jenn. There's so much more that I'd love to say in gratitude, but in the end, I feel like words fall short.
Jenn - thank you for all that you do! You've very much helped to change my life for the better. :-)

Jennifer was incredibly kind, thoughtful and an excellent listener. She was able to help me identify tools to help me shift my perspective on a number of challenging experiences and paradigms that I had. I am ending my experience having grown and am at a plateau I am comfortable with. If I find myself struggling or troubled again I would reach out to her and know I could be helped to find peace and growth.
