Jennifer Batra, LCSW
About me
Aging, grieving, and caregiving come with a unique set of challenges and stress. It is common to feel alone and guilty during these stages. My goal is for you to feel safe, supported, and comfortable throughout each session. We will work together and begin exactly where you are in your journey. Whether you are experiencing a new or chronic health diagnosis, the loss of a close friend or family member, or attempting to balance somewhere in the middle of caregiving for an aging loved one and your children, I will provide respect, open communication, and comfort as we work toward your goal of harmony, grounding and staying present.
I believe in a holistic approach connecting the mind, body, and spirit to find balance and calm. Using mindfulness and integrative therapeutic practices to work through the various emotions, thoughts, and feelings that may arise in a session. I focus on mind-body integration to help you stay present and grounded, with breathwork and gentle movements.

We haven't had enough sessions for me to establish a strong trust but I feel a connection will grow as we continue. She's very easy to talk to, I like how she sends me follow up questions and encouraging messages.
