Jennifer is a great listener, digging deeper and allowing her client space to articulate and reflect. She also quickly assessed what I shared, which made me feel like it was a good use of time and will continue in that manner as we continue to work together.
Jennifer Benoit has been a beacon of light through my dark moments of despair. I appreciate her communication style and the way she listens...
Been having a tough time finding a therapist since I have moved back to the States. I have been in therapy since 2012. So, it's difficult to build confidence with someone new. So far, I am extremely happy to have found Jennifer!
Jennifer is very personable and easy to talk to. Her guidance is professional but never stiff. I’m appreciative to have her walking with me through life’s transitions.
She’s an amazing soul! I feel safe and understood.
Jennifer is compassionate and perceptive. We have met for two sessions so far. Already, I have developed a healthier mindset and more compassion for myself. From the start, I've felt very at ease with her. She listens carefully and understands the concerns I share. Between appointments, she has provided relevant information and prompts to help me explore what's going on in my mind with more precision. Completing these has led to very productive discussions and helped me zero in on specific ways to adjust my thinking and behavior.
