Written by C.Y. on Jun 10, 2021 after counseling with Jennifer for 2 weeks on issues concerning stress, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, parenting issues, self esteem, coping with life changes, and adhd

Jennifer is compassionate and perceptive. We have met for two sessions so far. Already, I have developed a healthier mindset and more compassion for myself. From the start, I've felt very at ease with her. She listens carefully and understands the concerns I share. Between appointments, she has provided relevant information and prompts to help me explore what's going on in my mind with more precision. Completing these has led to very productive discussions and helped me zero in on specific ways to adjust my thinking and behavior.
