Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Jennifer Calahan. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I’m so glad that I have matched with Jennifer. She’s very attentive, supportive and empathetic . I have had 3 live sessions with Jennifer now. After the first session, Jennifer was able to identify an issue I have that I wasn’t aware of, and provided doable guidance on how to overcome it. She’s very punctual and would go well over 30 minutes during our sessions that sometimes I didn’t even notice because Jennifer didn’t interrupt me to wrap out while discussing about a certain problem. She also offers a very flexible time schedule for me due to our time difference, which I’m also very thankful of. I would give her a 10/10 and would definitely recommend Jennifer to friends and family who also need support like me.

Jen is very kind and understanding. I appreciate how she remembers and refers to details from previous sessions or my journals to help me understand and explain things better, and asks the right questions along the way. I have learned a lot so far from her knowledge of terminology that specifically relates to my experience
