About me

Congratulations! You’ve taken the most important step! Seeking support is courageous.
My name is Jen and I have been working with people along their various life journeys for 19 yrs. I earned my Masters degree from the University of Dayton in Community Counseling and went on to receive my Processional Counseling license. I have both provided counseling and coaching as well as supervised others who do as well.
I look forward to working with every individual who allows me to be part of their journey. I utilize a cognitive behavioral approach along with reality therapy, and solution focused practices.
Every day is a new day and a chance to better ourselves and work towards the goals we set. I look forward to working with you.

It may be my first time talking with a Therapist, but Jennifer makes our conversations feel like talking with a Best friend. She can keep the conversation light when it's appropriate and still hone in on the important questions and concerns. I thought therapy would be stressful and uptight but I honestly look forward to having conversations that often lead to self reflection and growing!
