Congratulations! You’ve taken the most important step! Seeking support is courageous.
My name is Jen and I have been working with people along their various life journeys for 19 yrs. I earned my Masters degree from the University of Dayton in Community Counseling and went on to receive my Processional Counseling license. I have both provided counseling and coaching as well as supervised others who do as well.
I look forward to working with every individual who allows me to be part of their journey. I utilize a cognitive behavioral approach along with reality therapy, and solution focused practices.
Every day is a new day and a chance to better ourselves and work towards the goals we set. I look forward to working with you.

I’m really looking forward for my next visit with J.C. !!!
Never having experienced therapy before Jennifer was very attentive, caring making it easier to open up sharing feelings. Very supportive and recommending activities to help healing process
Easy to talk to with a logical approach
The couple sessions I have had, jennifer has does great!
She reminds me of someone I feel comfortable sharing things with so it has made it easy to do the same with her
Jennifer is a great listener and provides great feedback and/or encouragement at just the right time.
Jennifer understood me and knew how to help me from out first session. She is just what I need right now.
She is very good!and easy to talk to
She’s great and very personal and easy to talk to!
Jennifer has been such a help to me during a difficult transitional period. In just a few sessions, she has (seemingly effortlessly) helped me work through so many negative thoughts of becoming a parent. I appreciate her reaching out periodically as well! She is great and I have recommended betterhelp to many of my friends/family because of my experience with Jennifer!
Thank you for helping me navigate through what have been some of the most challenging times of my adult life. I appreciate you more than I can say.
Jennifer is very welcoming and comforting when she speaks. I appreciate her efforts with me.
She was very kind and asked very detailed questions to find out what I needed.
Jen was great at listening, and handling my experience with it being my first time in therapy. She was fun to laugh and converse with, but also felt that she understood what I’m hoping to get out of therapy.
