About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina with four years of private practice experience and ten years of working within the mental health field. My work over the last decade has instilled within me a deep compassion and understanding for others. I believe that life's challenges can often be best handled alongside another person.

As a counselor, mom of four beautiful children, and wife I know that life can change quickly and sometimes we have to develop new skills to keep up with the challenges and changes. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & parenting issues. Counseling should always be a safe place to work through the difficulties of life. A place where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment

Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. I look forward to the journey together and being able to serve you in this space.

Jennifer is such a great listener and is always able to give me advice with real life experiences that make me feel as if she truly understands my situation. Dealing with chronic illness and mistrust of medical professionals she has been able to be a singular voice that doesn’t give me anxiety to speak with. I am fortunate to have been connected with her through Better Help!
