Welcome! My name is Jennifer and I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Wisconsin. Through the Emergency Order on Expansion of Access to Telehealth Services I am also a temporary licensed mental health counselor in New Hampshire. I have been working in the mental health field since I graduated from Cardinal Stritch University in 2009 with my Masters in Clinical Psychology. I have worked in a variety of settings including residential, early childhood/school based, outpatient, case management, detoxification, child/adult inpatient, and medication assisted treatment/addictions. Although that seems like a wide variety, it simply means that I have had experience working with a broad range and severity of clinical issues. I have the most experience working with depression/anxiety, family/relationship conflicts, co-occurring disorders, and complex trauma/abuse.
My eclectic experience adheres to a holistic approach to mental, emotional, and spiritual health. I am sensitive to personal, cultural, social needs, backgrounds and values, and my goal is to support young adults, adults, families and couples to find lasting recovery and balance in their lives. I enjoy working with each client individually to match their treatment needs and desired changes with the method of treatment that works best for them. I also believe in adapting my therapy style to the needs of each client.

I have only been seeing Jennifer for about 2 weeks but so far she has been really great. She messages me back quickly and gives great feedback and information. Her style is very relaxed if that is something you are looking for which is a good match for me. I enjoy being able to message her throughout the week so we have a good foundation to go on when we see each other in our video sessions.
She's done a great job of taking all of my concerns about my life into consideration and then taking the time to discuss some healthy options for me. I feel heard and understood when we talk. She is also very clear about not being judgemental and that's very helpful considering I'm in my teenage years. I just started counseling with her and I already feel very comfortable!! 10/10
Jennifer is a compassionate, well informed and engaged counselor and I’ve loved our written communication just as much as our video session. She’s thoughtful, well spoken, and insightful and has been tremendously helpful and supportive.
Jennifer Davis is extremely respectful and helpful. She is able to keep up with my random thoughts and completely understands what I am trying to accomplish. She responds in a timely manner and she makes the whole process so simple.
Jennifer has been great for me. She offers suggestions and recommends new skills for coping with stress.
