I am a counselor licensed in Tennessee with 10 years of experience working in a clinical setting. I have worked with a variety of clients who have struggled with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, adjusting to life changes, as well as issues resulting from physical, sexual, and emotional abuse.
When working with clients I believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity that is free from judgment. My approach to therapy can be cognitive-behavioral or solution-focused. My therapist Jennifer played a crucial role in changing my life for the better when I was struggling with trust issues in my marriage and lacking confidence in myself. She helped me understand the root of my trust issues and guided me in developing healthy communication and coping mechanisms. Through her support and guidance, I was able to build a stronger and more trusting relationship with my partner. Jennifer also helped me work on my self-esteem and taught me how to love and value myself. Thanks to her, I am now more confident, happier, and have a healthier relationship. I am forever grateful for her guidance and support during a difficult time in my life.
