About Me

More than anything, I want to help people become an agent of change in their own life, feel safe and validated, and be the best version of themselves that they can be. I use person-centered talk therapy to get to the root of the issues in your life and find problematic patterns that are causing stress, anxiety, and overwhelm.
I offer an inclusive, affirming environment for all people so you can feel free to be yourself without judgment.
I have a Masters Degree in Marital and Family Therapy and I am licensed and board certified. I have nearly completed a Doctorate in Integrated Mental Health. I can help with substance abuse, depression, anxiety, PTSD, LGBT+ issues, religious trauma, and self harm.
