About me

Communication is conducted in various forms and I know it can be difficult to seek and maintain mental health services. The first step is identifying that there may be an issue affecting you from successfully managing your day to day activities. The second step is recognizing you're not alone. Together we will focus on your inner strengths and confidence; set realistic and tangible goals; and help you reach the outcome you want to achieve. I am licensed in New York, New Jersey, Nevada, South Carolina & Rhode Island. Let's Talk!

Jennifer is empathetic and knowledgeable therapist and meeting coordinator. I found her group session to be very informative and focused. I would highly recommend her. I am grateful to her service.

Jennifer helped me through arguably the hardest time in my life. Everything had come crashing down at once and I found myself coping in unhealthy ways. I joined BetterHelp and was assigned Jennifer. She let me speak and helped me realize things I hadn’t even put together. She helped me navigate through all the obstacles I was facing. My relationships with people have improved and my own outlook and perspective has improved greatly

Jennifer is amazing! She’s straightforward yet graceful! I feel like I’m talking to my favorite aunt who is full of wisdom, experience, insight, and can get you right back in shape. Her sessions always challenge me and inspire me. I often repeat her nuggets throughout the week! Also, I love how easy it is to be vulnerable with her and not feel judged. I also admire that she’s not going to tell you what you want to hear but what you need. To me, that’s what BetterHelp is all about!!!

I really appreciated Jennifer listening and giving me advice without judging my situation.. I really was down but she made me understand that I was important in my life! I was deeply depressed but she but her words help me change that feeling. I truly want to thank you Jennifer for your time!

She saw right through the wall I built up and she was completely honest with me. She’s extremely easy to open up with.
