Jennifer has made such a positive impact on my mental health and I wish I had her help sooner. I feel heard, fully supported and always feel confident in the tools she gives me to combat my anxiety. I’ve even shared these tools with my loved ones because they really do work. Jennifer also has a great way of guiding me to self realization and helping me find answers on my own through reflection. She also checks in on me which makes me feel like she really cares and that I matter. I’m extremely grateful for Jennifer and wish everyone could have her as their counselor.
Jennifer is so great! She responds in a timely manner and keeps me updated when she will be leaving the office. She checks in on me often. Her knowledge makes me feel that my concerns are heard and she provides me with a lot of activities to try :-) I would highly recommend her!
