She is wonderful
Jennifer is fantastic. She is compassionate, kind, and understanding. She has very accessible tools for overcoming hurdles that life throws at you and I truly enjoy my weekly chats with her.
I feel so comfortable with Jennifer. She has helped me make so much progress this past year. My family and friends have made note of it as well- the progress I’ve made has encouraged two of my best friends to participate in therapy. Jennifer understands my spiritual beliefs and values and guides me without judgement. I have contacted her many times outside of my therapy times and she was been prompt and wonderful with getting back to me. She’s so great
Jennifer was a wonderful counselor over the past several months. She helped me get through an exceptionally hard time in my life and made sure I had the tools to work though my issues in the future. Her endless patience and attention to detail made the sessions enjoyable and helped with my progression. As someone who had never done counseling in the past, I was nervous, but Jennifer was exceptional and I’d recommend her to anyone!
You can hear that she cares. She tells you she’s proud when you accomplish something, big or small, and tells you to keep pushing when you’ve regressed or had a bad week. I’ve always been wary about therapists seeming cold or unconcerned, but you can tell with every session that your growth and mental health means a lot to her. Would recommend to anyone who wants a kind, gentle therapist.
Very professional, I believe she cares, and she is very understanding and respectful of my situation in multiple ways.
Jennifer has given me great tips to help with daily struggles, as well as those i can use for life! The worksheets she sends me have been very helpful and I just really appreciate her truly listening to me - she has been a vast help to me and i'm very grateful!!
I have been in therapy a few times before and felt a bit at a loss about how I could make progress on the lingering vaguer issues that I've continued to struggle with. Jennifer has provided sessions with just the right amount of structure and guidance to help me make meaningful progress on these tougher, deeper issues. She is kind and knowledgeable, and has already helped me a great deal. I am very grateful to have her as my therapist!
My therapist Jennifer is amazing!
