Jennifer has been wonderful, she spots out the key reasons on why I am feeling the way I feel. She offers methods and tools to help calm me down, like journaling and the worksheets provided on Betterhelp. Working with her has been a wonderful experience, she takes her time to listen and understand each point you offer or state. I was very hesitant on getting a new therapist after years of therapy, and many different therapists. I think Jennifer does a great job of listening, is open minded (a big one for me) and gives me legitimate therapeutic suggestions she has actually tried out herself that help me. So glad I tired this app out

I’ve been looking for a therapist for a while now and had a couple of sessions here and there, but I never felt like I could truly open up to them because I didn’t feel that comfortable. Jennifer gives me the feeling that I am valid and that it is okay to talk about everything. I can tell she has a warm heart and truly tries to help in every way. She gave me many tips already to overcome my anxiety and I have been able to feel better because of that. She’s a great therapist! Thank you, Jennifer! :-)

I've been speaking with Jennifer for a few weeks. I left for vacation, came home, got busy and didn't set another appointment. Jennifer didn't have to but she reached out to me to make sure I am okay. That means a lot to know that I'm not just a number, I'm someone who my therapist thinks about. I highly recommend.
