About me

With over 8 years of clinical experience, I provide counseling for adults who are dealing with concerns including anxiety and depression, self-esteem and identity issues, life transitions, grief and loss, and relationship stress. My practice is trauma-informed, solution-focused, and strength-based. I rely on evidence-based methods in my work with clients.

In addition to my current private practice, my clinical experience includes providing individual and group counseling in an inpatient behavioral health setting, working as a substance abuse counselor at an outpatient addiction treatment center, and providing crisis counseling in a wide variety of community settings.

I believe that you are ultimately the expert on yourself and that you are your own greatest resource. Increased wellbeing IS possible. We will work together collaboratively on the concerns that you are facing, and I look forward to speaking with you!
