About me

Hi, my name is Jennifer Le. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the great state of Texas, born and raised. I graduated from the University of Texas, Dallas campus, in 2010 with my Bachelor's of Science in Psychology and with my Masters of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University in 2012. I worked as a case manager and counselor at Lifepath Systems, the Collin County Mental Health program, as an intern and after getting my License. This experience opened the door for me to work with many different people with a variety of diagnoses and struggles. My passion is to work with active military, veterans, and first responders in overcoming Post Traumatic Stress using Cognitive Processing Therapy. Outside of my passion, my experience is well rounded, and I truly enjoy and gain pleasure from helping others discover how best to develop and grow their happiness.
I view counseling as recognizing our negative thinking and behavioral habits and developing new healthier habits to take their place. At the end of the day, everybody's journey through life and counseling is different. Therefore, I enter into each counseling interaction with an openness to learn what that individual is looking for and needing. My job is to work with you to discover and develop the tools that work best for you.

Sessions with Jennifer feel comfortable and productive. She seems very understanding and dedicated, and actually cares what you have to say. Sessions are also structured and she always knows how to respond to what you say or knows where to steer the conversation if you don't have anything else to say.
