I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, parenting issues, pregnancy/postpartum and the transition to motherhood (matrescence) , motivation, self esteem, identity, and confidence. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will hold a non-judgmental and confidential space for you to speak your truth, explore your strengths, look at what isn't working and find new ways to handle situations.
