Jennifer Montoya, LPC
About me
Sometimes life feels heavy, and we are not meant to go through it alone. As a counselor, I hope to provide a safe space for my clients to explore their feelings, discover their purpose, and make lasting improvements to their overall health. I strive to work in collaboration with clients to achieve their goals and encourage growth and congruence.
One of the most important aspects, in my opinion, is the therapeutic relationship and bond that is built in each session. I value working with individuals of all populations while creating a safe place for them to express themselves and learn positive coping strategies.
I would love to meet you and build a safe environment where you feel comfortable to be yourself. I strive to support you, empower you, and help you achieve your goals to the best of my ability.

All around great person. Attentive, respectful, caring, and friendly. Great at helping you figure out the jumbled mess into a single sentence. 10/10 would recommend.
