Hello, my name is Jennifer Moon. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (IN) with over 20 years experience working in the helping profession. I developed a deep affinity for counseling at a very young age. I began work as a teenager serving the elderly population in my community and in my early 20s, I also provided support to others overseas in Mexico, Europe, and Africa. After completion of my Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, I elected to obtain an advanced degree in Social Work in order to operate at my optimal level to assist individuals like you with achieving needed change.
I believe change is constant and inevitable, a small change can lead to bigger changes. I can assist with the provision of a non-judgmental, warm, and accepting space in which you can feel at ease sharing your personal thoughts and feelings. I typically utilize the Strengths perspective, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy in my sessions which have been proven methods in achieving success in many of our individual journeys. I believe every person is unique, and we have the inherent strength and resources to help ourselves. Together, we can develop, explore, create, and co-author an evolving story of possibilities and opportunities for you. So let's get started...

Almost one year into therapy with Jennifer and I am forever impressed with her patience, commitment and compassion. She has guided me through a very difficult healing journey and we have dived into every aspect of my life and relationships. I can say hand on heart I now have a deep understanding of who I am and every day I am becoming a better person. I could not have done this work without Jennifer’s support, encouragement and expertise. I feel very lucky to have Jennifer as my therapist and I am proud of what we have achieved together.
Jennifer helps me identify and work on the core issues of my emotional instability.

She is soulful.
Jennifer is a brilliant therapist. She give me tools I can use everyday to thrive.
Jennifer provides a safe space which has allowed for a tremendous amount of growth for me. I am thankful to have found her!
Jennifer has been very helpful to me right from the start. She really opened the door for me to look inside and acknowledge what's there and process what I find in a safe, healthy environment. She's added a lot of clarity for me....what I'm experiencing, how to navigate through it, and how to accept what's there without judgement.
Jennifer Moon is an outstanding counselor. She is kind, caring, supportive, and has a huge heart. I am very lucky to have her help me.
Jennifer Moon has walked me through things in a way that has allowed me to reach and see a deeper side to myself. She provided the judgement free zone that I needed to process a very difficult decision in my life. She is present and engaging in all of our sessions and provides plenty of material for me to develop on my own.
Jennifer has been so very helpful. She is very kind, thoughtful, insightful, and responsive. Therapy with her is a conversation, not a one-sided thing. I came to her because of anxiety and self-esteem issues which were exacerbated by the pandemic, and she not only got me through all that, but also helped me learn many things about myself that will help for years to come. Her help has been truly impactful for me and I would recommend her to anyone. She not only listens to what you have to say, but she asks questions that help her work with you in the way that best works for YOU and I think that's a wonderful quality to find in a therapist.
Jennifer is wonderful. I specifically requested an LGBTQ counselor and though she isn’t part of the community, she does a wonderful job of accessing things we can work on together. She is kind and compassionate but also understands the gravity of the conversations at hand and does a great job of holding me accountable.
I absolutely love my therapist Jennifer! I fee like she reads me very well and always have very comforting informative responses. I am glad to have her for a therapist and would continue with her as long I need to.
