About me
My name is Jennifer Myers. I was born and raised in Missouri. I received my master's in social work from Missouri State University. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
Since 2015 I have been providing therapy specializing in depression, anxiety, trauma, divorce, mood disturbances, relationship issues, sexual abuse, and survivors of dysfunctional families. My counseling style is empathetic, non-judgmental, yet direct if I believe it will be helpful . I believe we are all doing our best. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and emotion-based counseling. I have also been trained in EMDR for trauma. I will tailor our conversations and treatment plan to meet your individual needs.
