I have experience treating Anxiety, Depression, Children, Adolescents, Trauma, Bipolar Disorder, Addiction, Life transitions, Personality Disorders and Couples. My approach is to help the client overcome intense feelings through finding meaning and purpose in the struggle and identifying healthy coping skills to face new challenges. Throughout the counseling process I can empower you to create an overall healthier lifestyle.

I've had the pleasure of working in various treatment facilities which has given me experience in using Play Therapy, Parent Child Relationship Training, Adolescent Activity Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Gottman method for treating couples.

We all cope with life’s challenges in different ways and are not always taught the most positive coping methods as we grow. We can work together to develop new positive skills and strategies through the use of various treatment modalities that benefit you and your relationships.

I’ve had more exposure to mental health care, techniques, and modalities. All have been helpful. Not one bad experience. With Jennifer I knew in our first week that I had struck gold. She’s extraordinary. Thank you!
