About me
Life is tough! It is full of transitions, challenges, and stressors which can increase behavior problems, stress, anxiety, and depression symptoms. You may feel defeated and unsure about how you are going to manage these challenges. These times are difficult to manage by yourself but know you do not have to face these challenges alone! My job is to help you find solutions that do not add to what you are going through! Imagine what it would be like to not have the weight of life bearing down on you every day! You don't feel burdened when challenges arise but rather capable of tackling these things in a way that does not make them feel overwhelming. My approach to therapy is to help you to decrease stress and learn to cope with current and future life stress! I individualize my approach to counseling so it fits my client's goals and values.
