Licensed in the state of California, I work with clients who struggle with symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorders, relationship problems and life transitions (marriage, break-up/divorce, becoming a parent, moving, becoming independent, grief and loss, etc.). My counseling style is warm and collaborative, and utilizes evidence based practices. I am certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Individual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I provide my clients with a safe and non-judgmental space, where together we address treatment goals, build on strengths, and support opportunities for change. Each client is unique, and treatment is tailored to fit your specific needs.
